I just bought my car from Automax and Rich from sales made the whole process so easy and let me know what was going on every step of the way. He was so friendly and personable he took away all of the jitters/anxiety of buying a car! I cannot recommend him enough! Andres in financing was such a huge help and explained things so well, he had my monthly payment right in the range I had put on my pre-approval application and honestly it was just spot on and such an easy process.👌🏻💯 Highly recommend Automax!

What a Great experience at Automax. The showroom was extremely clean. Cars were very nicely detailed. Haley was great from start to finish. She was extremely responsive with any question I had and if she did not know the answer, she would find it for me. Annette was also great in finance and I was in and out of the dealership within an hour. I highly recommend purchasing from Automax. What a great experience.

I had a great experience with AutoMax. This was my first time purchasing a car from a big dealer. Our sales representative was Haley Smith, she really was wonderful! She didn't breathe down my neck or make me feel rushed, but let me take time for myself to see what I wanted. She was very knowledgeable, kind, and helpful. If anyone needs a good sales rep who knows what you need, go see Haley.

Haley Smith was incredible. We’ve never felt so comfortable with a person in a sales setting. She was very thorough talking through our options, giving helpful advice and has a friendly personality. Never felt pressured or like we were getting scammed or anything. Totally streamlined process, got to drive away in our 2018 Cadillac ATS within an hour and a half. Other dealers should take notes. Thanks a bunch Haley and Andre! 😁

I visited AutoMax this week and bought a new car. Haley helped me find a car within my budget and it was even marked down. She talked me through the entire process and made I knew what was going on during the process. Once it was time to sign the paperwork, Andre explained everything that I was signing and how much extra the gap and extended warranty would be. Our experience at this dealership was outstanding thanks to Benny in sales and Matt in finance. Both were consistently available, extremely knowledgeable, and genuinely committed to helping us find the right vehicle. From start to end the staff went above and beyond! Victor was a great sales man, never pushy ! I told Victor my preference of what I was looking for and my budget. Victor was very knowledgeable on all vehicles and was able to answer any questions we had. Matt with finance was great and worked hard to help with budget concerns and made the financing part less stressful. Leah with customer service was very sweet when reaching out to check how I was enjoying my new car and answered questions that I had . The staff were all amazing. Would definitely recommend this dealer !
